Dena and her team have always remained professional and are always quick to act when anything comes up, whether relating to policy or just information gathering. Their pricing is competitive but in line with the coverage I have and the service provided. There is almost always someone there to pick up the phone, (Shout out to Canaan who is always on top of it), and when no one answers they are quick to get back to me. I’m huge on open communication and it is Dena and her team’s strong suit. I have recommended her to friends and colleagues more than once and will continue to do so.
